In today’s online shopping market, we believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why we designed the most generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Shipping Policy
How It Works
All orders ship from Wilmington Monday- Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm EST will be shipped the same day barring any unforeseen delays (weather delays, order verification etc)
We ship USPS First Class or Priority Mail for Free Ground Shipping Orders. We ship via FedEx Next Day mail for Expedited orders.

International Shipping
We ship to Canada, United Kingdom and Australia via FedEx. At this time we are not able to ship to any additional countries. Any Duties and VAT is in the responsibility of the recipient and we do not allow for returns, exchanges or expedited orders for International Orders
Returns and Refunds
How It Works
We do not offer exchanges. We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. In order to be eligible for a return the individual bundles AND the entire bundle must be in its original binding.
Upon receipt of your return we will review and inspect that the hair is in its original condition and acceptable for return. Rejected items will be sent back to you via First Class Mail. All refunds are processed the following Friday after the return review.

Returns on Installed Hair
Once hair has been Installed we cannot accept returns. Your Salty Concierge will work with you to find a solution.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY OVERVIEW
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact via email or SMS.
Gift with Purchase
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Items that were purchased as part of gift with purchase sale must be returned with the original order.
